Shipping is always free on every order — worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking notification once shipped.

Delivery times are estimates from the shipment date and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed after shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. Contact us if you haven't received tracking within 5 business days.
International orders and customs
We ship worldwide for free. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes set by local authorities, payable by the recipient. Refusing customs fees does not qualify for a refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, check nearby locations and wait 24 hours, then contact your carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us. For damaged items, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect address
Verify your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot change addresses after shipment.
