You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, no signs of use.
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase required (order number).

Non-returnable items

  • Worn, used, altered, or customer-damaged items.
  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Final sale items and gift cards.

How to return

  1. Email help@byvivaldi.shop with subject: "Return Request — Order #[number]".
  2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
  3. We respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return address.
  4. Ship back using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.

Defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost, including return shipping.
